The everyday ritual
Swish, then brush.
Four simple steps.
Liquid toothpaste starts a little differently from a paste. Swish first, then brush as usual.
Pour
About one-third of a cap, or 3–5 ml.
Swish
Swish around the mouth for 10–20 seconds.
Brush
Brush as usual without rinsing out the toothpaste first.
Rinse
Rinse with clean water after brushing.
Follow the directions on the label. Do not swallow. Stop using the product if irritation occurs.
